“Sync & Succeed: Behavioral Strategies for the Professional Woman’s Cycle” offers an innovative exploration of aligning behavioral strategies with the menstrual cycle to optimize personal and professional well-being. This course introduces cycle syncing as a method to harmonize lifestyle choices—diet, exercise, and social activities—with the various phases of the menstrual cycle. The CEU is designed to provide insights into the biological, evolutionary, and behavioral aspects of cycle syncing, highlighting its significance within behavior analysis. Participants will learn about the menstrual cycle’s phases, their impact on behavior, mood, and productivity, and how to apply behavior analytic principles to enhance well-being through tailored environmental adjustments and interventions. Practical strategies for effective cycle syncing, including antecedent interventions and modifications based on physiological cycles, are discussed to facilitate a proactive approach to managing energy levels, mood swings, and productivity. This course aims to empower women to work with their body’s natural rhythms, fostering improved health, mood, and overall quality of life.

  2. Cover the application of behavior analytic principles, such as antecedent interventions, to enhance personal and professional well-being through the alignment of lifestyle choices with the menstrual cycle.
  3. Provide behavioral strategies to synchronize daily routines and interventions with the menstrual cycle phases, incorporating practical tools for tracking and making informed decisions based on this data.
